Not another qq thread but...

So jax... Upfront I am certainly not one of those qq omfg so oppppp #whenugunnanerf. I was recently in a game as Xin against a jax top. Up until 6 i was beating him, but the jg proceded to camp. No complaints. But post 6 he turned into a monster that wrecked me and everyone on my team. I believe that his e is a bit over powered because it has the potential to negate massive amounts of dmg late game. Maybe a longer cd late or shorter time. Thoughts?
