Nerf Teemo's mushrooms

Other than being a troll pick, this guy gets far too many wards which do far TOO much damage for being mere traps.

On a serious note, Teemo needs less mushrooms and they need to do less damage late game.

Teemo's shrooms give out around the same level of vision as a blue ward,

To add to that this guy's invisibility gives him too much utility even when he is a troll pick. and he can throw around more than 4 of them easily late game which along with his wards grant his team immense vision. Not Caitlyn's traps, not Jhin's flowers, no other trap grants you that sort of vision. The shrooms also do a ton of damage and take out entire minion waves late game. To add to that they aren't even visible like Cait's traps are.
