Seriously, who thought Malzahar's new passive was a good idea?

I know this game isn't supposed to be fun, but his passive the most anti fun thing ever conceived. Built in banshee's veil, also absorbs auto attacks, persists for like half a second after hitting him once. Even when you win against him it's still a frustrating and obnoxious lane, you have to waste spells or put yourself well inside his range to disable it, and then if you're not hitting him like he's a garen he just gets it back again before you try to do anything to him. He has his shield up? May as well just tell your jungler to not come mid cuz you won't be able to stop him from getting away.
