[Idea] Ideas for Talon, the Blade's Shadow

This is my personal Idea for what the Ideal Talon kit would be, with counterplay, damage and mobility, stomped into one. As well as fancy situational tools and nice proposals.

Passive:

Mercy Killer When Talon lands a basic attack on a target that is movement-impaired, the target becomes silenced and unable to cast spells for .5 seconds. As long as the target remains movement impaired as Talon attacks them, he can stack this up to 3 times, and then they are immune to this effect for 8 seconds.

Q:

Laceration Talon viciously stabs his target, causing them to stop abruptly in their tracks, snaring them for .2 seconds. They are they afflicted by Lacerated for the next 5 seconds, causing damage over time that increases as they move, up to 100% more per second. The faster they move, the more damage they take. Reveals units, although does not grant true sight. Damage on hit: 25/50/75/100/125 (+.3 Bonus AD) Laceration damage: 10/20/30/40/50 (+.75 Bonus AD) Gains damage as target moves whilst bleeding, up to a max of 20/40/60/80/100 (+1.5 Bonus AD) Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4

W:

Rake Talon throws a volley of daggers that return in a boomerang fashion. If he catches the blades, he gains a 5% speed boost, stacking on the number of blades he catches and the cooldown is reduced by .5 per blade caught, to a max of 2 seconds. The blades slow targets by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds. Targets can only be hit twice by Rake, on the way out and when the blades return. Rake damage: 30/60/90/120/150 (+.75 Bonus AD) Rake slow: 20/25/30/35/40% Rake speed boost: 5/5/5/5/5% Range: 650 Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9

E:

Shadowstep Talon instantly appears on the far side of his target, slowing them by 65% for .5 seconds while stopping any channels or castings. The target is then afflicted by Shock and they are unable to use attacks, although they can still cast spells and move, for 1 second. Talon’s damage against this target is then amplified for an additional 3 seconds. Damage amplification: 3/6/9/12/15% Range: 700 Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12

R:

Assassination Drive Talon instantly leaps to his target with unrivaled speed, stunning them for .5 seconds as he drives the full length of his armblade into their weakest spot, dealing massive damage and applying the current level of Laceration as well. The damage increases based on the target’s AD and AP, to a cap. If Talon kills his target, or if the target dies within 5 seconds of the cast of this ability, he gains stealth and movement speed. The Laceration damage will apply regardless of its cooldown. Damage: 100/200/300(+1.2 Total AD) Stun: .5/.5/.5/.5/.5 Applies current level of Laceration on impact. Additional damage based on Target’s AP/AD: 40% of Target’s bonus AP+AD Range: 625 Cooldown: 120/100/80

That is the assassination kit that is more style for Talon’s current style which is ‘blow everything then die’

I have another one that uses a few of the same abilities, but has en escape that can be reliable, but requires thinking before use.

Q: Unchanged W: Increased speed, lower CD and Damage. E: Unchanged R: Grappling Dodge

R2:

Grappling Dodge Talon can activate this ability to plant an anchor within 300 units of himself. Talon can then reactivate this ability within 30 seconds to instantly pull himself to his anchor, damaging and slowing enemies he comes in contact with.

Damage: 75/150/225(+.65 Total AD) Slow: 20/30/40/50/60% Range: 1250/1500/1750 Cooldown: 90/75/60

I have another passive, one that relates more to his thief/scavenger lifestyle before his entrance into the League.

Passive2:

No blade left unused: Talon scavenges blades from slain foes, with champions and large/epic monsters guaranteeing 1-3 blades on death and minions giving a chance of 1 blade. Talon can stockpile blades to either throw at his target by clicking on them when they are out of melee range, or to sell to the shop owner for gold. Talon will automatically sell his gained blades when he reaches the store. Note that the blades are not heat seeking and will be thrown at a straight line at his target. (PANTHEON SPEARS LEL.) Damage on throw: 3/6/9/12/30/35/40/45/50/65/70/75/80/85/100/110/120(+.25 Bonus AD) Max blade stockpile: 5/7/9 increasing at levels 6/11/16 Blade sell value: 15/30/45 increasing at level 6/11/16

Talon is a mysterious champion. His lore is dry and the only hints we’ve only gotten for his past life is a black rose on a blade of a fallen assassin and Beatrice. The fact that Talon is an adopted member of the famed Du Couteau family doesn’t help either. Who is he? Is he human? Damn, I hope so. Does he have any other reason to live than to find his general? What lead does he have that made him join the League on a fruitless journey to find his General?

I see that Riot is hittin’ up Noxus with the release of Sion’s rework, and hell, why not help out some of our wallflower champions to make them more of playable characters in the game instead of something that makes people rage when they’re picked?

Talon’s a champion too. A strong one, at that. He’s been receiving nerfs that weren’t too justified nor logical. He’s only strong because of the very thing that makes him look weak. He’s not picked often, and other than the easily counterable ‘full armor’ build, people have no idea what to do. Sure, Riot removed his silence and all, but all that did was make Talon a better jungler. It didn’t reduce his power much, instead, it made Talon an easier champion to understand and play. A megaslow for .25 seconds is valuable and it gave Talon more ways to escape his enemies and coordinate with his allies, but that’s not what Riot should be targeting. Talon is an assassin. He is fully capable of working alone, with assistance from his allies if needed. He’s been untouched for years, he’s been unloved for even longer, especially after his damage nerfs way back when and the release of Zed and a bunch of other cockroache- I mean, assassins. (Kha!!!!!!!!!!!!) I’m not saying Talon’s silence change was a bad decision, it was more or less a good one, but it closed and locked more doors than it was supposed to open. Talon can no longer stop a channel with his faithful silence, nor

i dont think Riot cares about Talon xD Have you ever seen a rework on a champion suggested by another person on the forums? No. no matter how many rework we post they wont do it. they do their own stuff. its simple. they own the game. anyway... i whould pick option number 1. remove the silence from his passive completely. Riot doesnt want silence on assassins. also re move the "they are unable to use attacks, although they can still cast spells and move, for 1 second." when you have 2 gap closers (E and R) on a single kit you dont need any other cc other than the slow. thats how zed works. two gap closers and a slow. no other cc. also remove the Q snare.
