Heres a doc I created that shows my ideas for the new character, Tamm, The River King. If the link doesn't work, tell me - I'll fix it. If Riot wants to use any of these, just ask. I dont even need credit. Also, I know I didn't make the passive. I had no idea of what I could be.

If Riot wants to use any of these, just ask.

We would not be hearing of Tamm, The River King if Riot didn't have him finished.
