Crash on redemption hit (issue)

Hey, so I understand that I'm not really of much help here, because I couldn't send a report after my game crashed today (the program wouldn't respond; I sat for more than a couple minutes waiting), but I just wanted to quickly report an issue that gave me leaverbuster today.

I don't really have too much information, as again I unfortunately was unable to send a report, but it was a normal game up until a lategame teamfight around the 25 minute mark, in which a redemption hit me, 3 minions, and 2 of my teammates, and my game immediately bugsplat. However, I only knew it crashed due to the noise; it froze otherwise, and sat for a good 4 minutes before moving to a blackscreen.

Hopefully this can shed some light on an issue or otherwise bring awareness to it.
