Lucian needs a damn buff man

Either riot needs to make his Q not a skill shot so people can stop sidestepping his only reliable damage, or make his w not useless as fuck.

U nerfed his E fine it was a really good ability but u gutted his ult and his Q

he only has 500 range

Like why do i alWays feel at a disadvantage every single game unless i magically find a lead only because of a gank

Laning with lucian is horrible if they have a ranged support i basically get no farm

lets not even start with this new rune system and how terrible all of them are for lucian

i have been using the assassin one since it gives him some type of burst damage but once mid game late game comes every other adc 3 shots me before i can even get in range.

this man needs something its so pitiful playing him [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Q and W are not sources of damage (They are but) the real point is to proc his ACTUAL source of damage which is his passive. Not sure why you need runes to do burst damage on Lucian if you get bork you just E passive Q passive and thats gonna chunk kids early game.
