she hits u one time and bam ur dead and shes close to impossible to catch unless someone blows their load on her and stuns her down

I don't think that she's busted. But she is to focused on one ability imo. Like if she misses her Q, she's useless until it comes back up, but if she lands a good Q, she just deleted someone. The rest of her kit is all just in support of this one ability to some degree.
I disagree on her being hard to catch (except on rare occasions of unexpected double flash). I agree that she will kill you if she catch you stunned/ rooted by someone else, but so will most burst mage, or even cho.
