League should adopt this from Overwatch

I've been playing the beta for Overwatch, in between games of league. (it's pretty fun, change of pace). But something that I really enjoyed is there way of showing a champions abilities. You hit F1 and a large box comes up across the screen that shows all abilities and passives. With the new champion select draft pick there is no way to preview a champions abilities. It's useful for when you try a new champ on the free rotation or for newcomers to learn more about the champions. The current system you stand in the fountain hovering over each ability to see what it does etc. Having a dedicated button would look very clean in the new client (coming soonish). Useful?

Somewhat.

How in a way is it not useful?

Usualy the only time you're curious about abilities is when you play them for the first time.

Once you have like 10-15 games as that champion, you know the abilities by heart and usualy don't care about reading them (Except for the ocasional "How much damage do I do now?" checks.)

Right I get that, if you don't need to know or care to look after you know the champion, you won't ever have to press F1. Meaning you wouldn't even know it was there, but if you did try someone new or were new, it would be there for you in a more attractive easier interface.

True that, sometimes when I get new champions either in aram or when forced to play them in all for one, I spend about 2 minutes at spawn reading it out.

And that's what I'm getting at, just an easier, nicer, spread out way of reading them.

League already has this, downvoted.

Do explain where I can find this

This exact thing that Overwatch has, not when at the home screen, I'm talking about in draft champ select or in game.
