Can we use the time while rengar is disabled to fix some infuriating bugs?

And here's that list:

• when casting e midair, the bola is thrown where your cursor is at the end of the cast time, not at the start like any other skillshot in existence
• when building shiv, your first attack out of ult will not proc its damage.
• w cast time is currently nonexistent
• using empowered e to break ult stealth, you won't gain the full 5 ferocity for coming out out stealth
• Q still doesn't proc trinity force damage correctly. This is going on two years unfixed.
• not sure if this still happens (since he's, y'know, disabled) but right after 6.2 nerfs e sometimes just wouldn't cast, period.

Honestly at this point playing rengar feels like a fight against the champion you're playing rather than the enemy team.
