how do you counter yi

you cc him but he goes invisible and untargetable because of his q always being up, you cant kill him while hes low anymore because of the damage reduction and heal buff on his w, and you cant catch him out anymore because of his immunity to slows during his ultimate. its really annoying 5v1'ing a yi and still losing half the team in the process against someone who you supposedly "shut down" in the early game. im not saying to completely nerf the shit out of him but having all of these qualifications at once is super hard to play against unless you organize a specific comp to counter him, or going out of your way to spend x amount of gold on super weak resistance items now that lethality is buffed out the ass. fights don't feel like fights anymore, its just "catch x person out and win fight instantly bc of massive damage loss on the other side" instead of skill.
