How do I get "autofill protected"?

I have "autofill activated" so my two primary roles, top, and support aren't guaranteed. Does dodging cause this?

You get autofill protected when you play a game where you were autofilled or played support

Autofill is always on unless you've recently been filled into support or a role you weren't queued for.

If agree if recently i wasn't thrown into jungle 4 games in a row for no reason at all

Play support and you will always be autofill protected.

Set your main role as Jungle and your off role as Support. You will never be auto filled.

You play support or you get autofilled to be protected from autofill. When you play a game of top lane you lose this instantly and autofill is once again activated.

This except that you get 2 games of auto full protected before being auto filled again.

autofill will always enable after 2-3 games unless you are in promo.

fun thing... i go jungle all the time, then i go /fill to get autofill gone and what do i get? jungle. but if i pick jungle as my first role and i get it it doesnt count as "autofilled" even tho i get autofilled into jungle.
