spawning passive passive E is like mega RNG if it will hook and if it will put enemy on Q range R (ik it will be changed but still this is pretty random which player will have this - will it be ADC? or will it be midlaner? or maybe jungler? passive spawning with his R that is totally shitty designed to the point the way in which it moves is more like RNG than actual gameplay xD and every champ with point and click stupid ass ability that jumps to other random people or minions and her W that is more like "will he go after me or my clone?" than actual outplaying ability and her passive that can mark cannon or caster or playa sometimes flash+jump works and sometimes no, pure RNG based on tick i guess and other coin users xD i can say also clepto users are based on RNG - few games ago i had bruh that generated 250 gold with 4 hits and her W xD
