She literally went on the PBE this week. She hasn't even been in testing long enough for them to release her. She's got at least another week in the PBE before she's released.

If you're talking about her rework being shipped to live, that won't be until 9.5. She was put on the current pbe testing cycle 2 days ago.

The rework will be on march 6 I think since that is when the next patch is.

She's out for testing on the PBE this week, but no she won't be live for another 2 weeks. That's always the case when they reveal a teaser for a new champ or rework.

I guess you made a mistake and thought that the date for Riot putting the rework on the PBE was actually the release date of the rework to the live severs.
