REWORKS ARE BULL SHIT

Riot, i love how youre trying to make some of the older champions work better, but its causing your PR to drop in ridiculous ways. Ever since the berserker rework your quality has dropped, your buffs and nerfs on different champions has nearly ruined the game. i cant even list the amount of champions that have become completely outplayable because of it. Instead of using higher elo to determine what needs to be changed, look at the majority of the community, take polls to see who needs reworked, who needs nerfed, who needs changed, you will see a complete reversal to what your doing.
