I've been doing this and it's been helping a LOT.... just wondering if anyone else has been doing it. I had a team last night where 3 of us took smite,(incl. jungle) and we won handily. Seems like a nice team steroid, it seems.
Shyvana TP smite was very popular for awhile. With the cinderhulk nerf, it isn't as popular now.
It's handy, yes.. But remember, any time you smite a camp the buff is "consumed". So say you as top lane smite the gromp for the damage reflect, and mid smites the raptors to check for wards when he ganks bot - Those buffs are no longer available to your jungler by smiting it until they're killed and respawn, So ALWAYS make sure you warn them that you smited it, so they don't waste their's.
^This can also be used to "steal" the enemy team's smite buffs, by smiting their large monster and leaving it there for them to waste their smite on it and get no buff.
