Random high tier spectators

How often do any of you get spectators adding you and trying to chat you up after your matches? Lately I've been getting a lot of high tier players adding me and trying to be buddy-buddy with me. I am a misanthrope, but even if I weren't, it's annoying. Never any constructive comments or suggestions, I think they are just looking to feed their ego with a bronz%%%%% like myself. Just curious if this is a thing.
