So I was scrolling through runes, and I noticed a quintessence titled "Great Quintessence of Energy". What exactly is energy?

Ninjas (Akali, Zed, Shen, etc.) ad Lee Sin use Energy. It's like Mana, but has a hard cap of usually 200-ish and regenerates really fast.
