Lee Sin crit without crit rune or item?

Hi Board members who happened to stumble across this post, I am in a little pickle. Today I was playing a ranked game of lee sin (very close game, by the way), and afterwards, I checked the graphs. I looked at the largest crit graph, and it states that I had a crit dealing 185 damage. I was wondering, how did I get a rit, even though I didn't have any crit runes, or items?
