Idea's on how to get veigar back up

After the recent patch everyone is complaining, even the pro's who play him. In the patch (as everyone knows) they added a delay to his E, but also made shorter CD's, cheaper spells, and made Q a skillshot that can hit 2 enemy's (think lux Q)

Idea 1. is to make his E's delay from a flat .75 seconds to .75/.65/.55/.45/.35 seconds to give him a mighty(er) late game

Idea 2. make his E delay a flat .5 seconds

Idea 3. keep the delay, but when they walk through the pre-forming ring it slows for 50% (from edge of hitbox)

Idea 4. Completly get rid of the delay BUT reduce the stun time on all ranks by 1 second
