Can we disable some champs/get more bans for URF?

We all know some champs can be super annoying on URF (some more than others)

, early game he farms ect. but after 15:00 (or earlier) he can go flat AP and just sit in his fountain and ult every chance he ults for more than half your health (unless ur tanky) of course you can get MR or spell shields but then u wouldn't do as much dmg as you would of without it

, Can almost have 2 spears in the air at once, and has her heal on a 2 sec CD, enough said

, nothin really to say here

, Can have a perma stun

, can have a perma snare (max lvl Q)

Thats all i can think of atm (i know there are alot more)

tl;dr- rito plz disable/nerf some champs for urf or give us more bans (5 plz)

(P.S. shouldn't the death timers be reduced to?)
