What if Yasuo's "W" instantly filled his passive shield when its not full and if it was already full it would increase the shield's decay time to 3-4 seconds (i believe decay is at 2 seconds atm) at max rank after its killed thus replacing windwall.

Now he has a protection spell instead of an utility spell. We can call it Fresh Breath. What do you guys think?

Edit: Or we can call it Second Wind!

Yeah, it should also instantly destroy champions dashing into it.
