I'd actually watched a video that briefly touched the buffs for Zoe, even though I rarely ever touch her. The mention was she's stronger, but still weaker than what she once was prior to the nerf. The intent is to balance her, so I'd rather roll with it and try her out as both an ally and enemy before making a call.
