Give us the option to wait longer to get one of the two roles we chose

I don't want to be forced to play a role I never play. Just a waste of time and feelsbad free win for the other time. I also don't want to be forced to dodge. Please give us the option to wait longer to guarantee that we get one of the two roles we signed up for.

I'm sure my potential teammates feel the same way - they would rather wait longer to get a teammate that is playing one of their main roles, rather than spend a few less minutes in the queue only to get a weak teammate and a 30 minute game that ends in a loss.

I can understand at high elo's this might not be feasible since queue times are very long, but in anything less than diamond it seems like it would only add another minute or so.
