[Gameplay] Lulu Polymorph bug - Ability cast while polymorphed

Kha'zix uses his Q, "Taste their fear" while he is polymorphed.

You can see that when the Polymorph starts, Kha'zix's Q is not on cooldown. The ability goes on cooldown about a quarter through the Polymorph. To easily compare when the Polymorph starts and when Kha'zix casts his Q, look at the Polymorph status debuff above Kha'zix's portrait in the bottom left.

I am assuming what happened is Kha'zix queued his Q while midair before the Polymorph bolt connected. Then the Polymorph did not clear his queued ability commands (only prevented any new commands from being added to the queue) and Kha'zix performed his Q shortly after landing. If this is how it works then this should be changed. CC'ing someone should clear their ability queue.
