Tahm Kench: The River King

As we all probably know, a new champion is going to be released soon named Tahm Kench. Tahm Kench looks like an instabuy for me, but there's always something wrong with a champion on a release; usually them being too strong or weak. For Tahm's release, I don't want to feel like a scumbag for buying this insanely OP champ and wrecking people with no effort. I think that before his release, Tahm should just be nerfed so that he is at the weakness level of release Bard, and then slowly buffed in hot fixes that are open for people to see. Eventually, if you don't over do the buffing, Tahm would be in a safe place for play: not too weak or strong.
