It is. It's called Cleanse.
If you people can't upgrade a simple trinket which costs only 250 gold, then making QSS free is definitely not worth it.

This, unless you are dealing with one of the four suppression users, cleanse is probably a better bet than quicksilver sash.
Frees up an item slot, and while its weaker in than QSS in some regards (doesn't remove suppression, significantly higher CD) its still good.
On topic; try maybe, NOT getting hit by their CC (doesn't apply to Point and Click CC obviously)?
