Annie gets kited by champions with longer range and out damaged by the champions with bigger numbers. Her only redeeming quality is a stun but she cant use it because of her short range you can fix annie by giving her an additional 400 range on every ability and by giving her access to an item like rapid fire cannon thati mproves her range. thoughts?

Annies one of the few champions that can be 0/10 at 20 minutes with half an item built, and still 3 shot an adc or squishy. That's how much of a poorly designed champion she is in terms of damage.
Even so, If she goes all in, lands everything (which isn't hard to do) and you manage to kill her before she kills you, the fat bear goes berserk and finishes you off as insurance.
Her shorter range is the only slight weakness she has, and you're telling me you want to buff that? lmao
yeah sure why not? lets buff a broken champion that has aoe stun and insane damage and can instakill just about anyone, and makes easy 25 kills in 30 minutes .o.
oh and she can farm minions without spending mana O.O has a shield and a beefy puppet bear :P but yeah lets add RANGE to that XD
so she can do 50-0-0 every match .o.
