Neeko ult charge visible to enemy team during invisibility?

If anyone could tell me if it is or not it would be greatly appreciated.

Tried to ascertain it from replays, but if you toggle vision to just the enemy teams you can still see her ult charge through camouflage so i dont believe that it is reliable.
