Viktor would be stronger without a passive

Or at least the one he has now. His kit is extremely cool and powerful, but he's so hindered because he only has 5 item slots. Even though the core gives him ap it's nowhere near as good as actual items. If you removed Viktor's passive completely as he is now he would be stronger than he is even if you put nothing in its place. The rest of his kit I believe is very unique and i would be very disappointed if any of it was changed, he just needs his passive reworked so it's actually useful instead of getting in the way. If anyone from Riot has some time to look in here I would love a response, thank you.

Doesn't matter, since mobility creep dominates Viktor 9/10 times.

OT: Give the Hex Core the Bonetooth treatment already.

honestly nope viktor's hex core gives him an edge in early and mid game, while is not an good item end game usualy when viktor grabs red staf, he 100 to 0's anyone he finds and gets other items fast

you need to take powerspikes into account and red rod causes a big and cheap one

Honestly, His item 3198 give 99 AP at lvl 18. similar to item 3116 100 ap. also, It gives you that sexy Damage over time passive. Lets say you get item 3089 item 3128 item 3157 item 3135 item 3020 .

This is enough to get you places (like the nexus) because you have downright stupid poke. Teamfights are awesome as viktor, as you can drop your Gravity feild on them, nuke the squishies, and pop your ult to keep them off of you.
