It's pretty easy to fix, but they refuse to pull the trigger until poor cho gets sejuani'd

Gargoyle Stoneplate needs to be changed from boosting hp by 40%/100% current hp to 50/120 or 60/150% current hp as shielding.

That way cho's ulti will never have an unreducted hp scaling from it, however other champs who heal based on missing/max hp will also be hit, which is why I'd suggest raising the % amount giving since it's shielding only not increasing max hp.

But nope riot decides to just nerf cho'gath then watch them nerf cho further then gut stoneplate.
