Playing as a melee champion vs this guy is now absolute pain...

- I'm sorry but he's over-tuned.

25 times stacking 20% movement speed increase when comes close to enemies? Effect radius is 225, which is more than auto attacks and ability ranges on most melee champions. I get if he gains a movement speed, but why does it have to stack as well?

Poison duration in the air is CRAZY long and damage isn't bad either.

Biggest thing I HATE about him is the 'grounded' effect on the poison. Isn't 40% slow enough!? He already gains plenty of kiting tools but also grounded effect so no one can retaliate or escape?

Oh and since Riot is so generous and hyper excited about adding % maximum health scaling on everything, Singed's E (fling) deals 8% maximum health of the target on top of the 110 and 75% AP scaling.

Ultimate gives EIGHTY FIVE! 85!! Bonus armour, magic resistance, ability power and 17 health and mana regen/second for 25 seconds!! That's two 3k gold items from ultimate, that has plenty long duration time.

Singed used to be annoying before, but now he's next level bully.
