People leave in my ranked games and I get punished?

So im gonna keep this short, but I notice in low elo especially that random people may leave in the middle of a ranked game etc. I dont understand why you take a full lp loss and lose the same amount of mmr even though it was an easy game etc and you were doing well.

I think a solution to this annoying and tilting problem would be to cut the lp lost in half if someone disconnects and leaves fully up to 20min, I know that a lot of people dont understand why this issue hasn't been solved but the main reason is that people can abuse said system (such as someone leaving a game lets you lose half lp instead), what could happen is that they would leave right when they are about to lose and lose less xp. This is why if a person who leaves at 20min or less should cut the xp lost in half and not affect mmr.

A penalty should apply to people who leave ranked games such as making them lose double lp if their 4v5 team loses and lose the original lp if said persons team somehow wins, their mmr should also tank a decent amount and they should be served with a 5min low priority que for 5 games, these low pri games should only go away if the person wins a game making them win 5 games to get out. I really find a large problem with the low pri in this game and I really think they need to rework it for season 9 to something like this, the 20 min avg is too long and made me not play the game for a couple months since it is ridiculous in a lot of ways.

Please up-vote this to get someones attention or at least tell other people, im so sick of the way this system is set up and we as a community need to come up with some solution any way possiable.
