Self cast suggestion! (QoL update)

Hey Riot friends, I have a gameplay suggestion that would be a great QoL update for anyone that likes to self cast!

The only champion I can think of at the moment that I know this for sure effects is Lee Sin because of his unique shield interaction with himself vs minion/wards.

The way things currently are, if I self cast Safe Guard but my cursor is hovering over a minion, Lee Sin will Safe Guard to the minion, thus not shielding himself. (This is particularly damaging to Lee Sin if you are trying to lane with him.)

I don't know how hard it would be to make his W prioritize the self cast if you try to self cast when hovering over other things you can actually cast the ability to, but if it is possible, that would literally be the best!
