With the introduction of the Hextech crafting shop, I feel supports will struggle to get their boxes

I feel support grades aren't optimal for them at all. i always end up with an A or A+ even if i did a great game with a great score with enough warding in my opinion.

I rarely get S's compared to any other roles which is completly unfair.

I don't know the factors that affect their grades but i feel it isn't balanced for the less played role in the game.

Off-topic : And i feel the Fill role could get a little more rewards since you are willing to play all roles to complete a roaster.

Feel free to post your opinion on those two, and hope a response from the a rioter ;)
