[Gameplay/Client] Doesn't display champions, starting with zero gold when the game starts

Hello Riot, I've gone throught a double Client and Gameplay bug.. So first off.. I still get DirectX's errors (7 years old Radeon 6850 HD) and there is nothing to do unless you guys make it compatible with your client.

It happens once every 20 games I should say.. It is very annoying.

How to recreate my bug :

1. Get an directX error, restart my current session (Windows 7 Pro 64 bit)
2. Log back into the game (Game has crashed)
3. Load into the game
4. End up with this beautiful gameplay/client bug
5. Need to relog to fix the bug.
