We need some things removed from LoL.

When we hit level 3 we are awarded 400 RP. We should remove that. Because it's so pointless. The only people who needs it is 5 - 16 year olds. And it will also decrease the smurfs. People make lot's of skins using this system and Refer-a-Friend. My friend is exploiting this system. And every time we go to the internet cafe and play LoL. He forces us to play his smurf accounts. And i should tell you that we can sign up using our used email account. And we should remove the RP cost of the champions. It's so useless and pointless that we have a RP cost on our champions. I don't see the point. I play like 1 - 5 games daily and after a week i have almost 6300 IP. With the weekly free champs we have more champs than we play. And the legacy skins... I know that LoL isn't Dota 2 , CS GO, EVE ONLINE, WOW or any other MMORPG. But what's the point in having a legacy skins. It's low quality, low priced. We should be able to trade skins, and other stuffs. Atleast skins. It will make every LoL account important it will also increase LoL's life time and more money for RITO and the people (0_o).
