Dark Harvest is nerfed on PBE. Good job. Can you take a look at Triumph and Presence of Mind

Precision primary or secondary on everyone in aram champion is getting old. Triumph is so OP in the game mode as sustain is valuable and you'll gain a lot of assists. Particularly strong on ranged champions, as they naturally get more assists. Presence of Mind would be taken a lot as well if it weren't in the same slot as Triumph. A preemptive nerf/disable on Presence of Mind when Triumph gets nerfed/disabled would be great. The Dark Harvest nerf will probably not be enough, even on the pbe, there's no reason to take Electrocute over Dark Harvest.

Triumph has already been nerfed like 2 or 3 times. It's fine where it is atm. Dark Harvest is only better on ARAM. It's complete ass on SR aside from a select few champions that use it well.
