i really hate heimeidinger,why riot dont nerf him

The first thing i hate is his turret,champs like yasuo or fizz,garen.... Fighter cant do much damage with hei,even if you e with fizz then after e,those turret still shot you,its very hard to go for the kill,you must be adc like viktor,ahri or jhin,... or assassin with longer range like zed,....But if you pick garen to solo 1v1 with hei,then r.i.p..all he need is e to stun you while those small turret shooting you,then ult+w and well we all knew the end for garen.hei can top,mid or bot,i think he also able to be jungler(just think what happened with 3 turret and dragon) :D,then his w so strong when combine with his ult,when i solo him as aatrox,his ult+w do half health,the e is stunned if hit right target,although it may easy to avoided and step away but also it can slow enemy in range..the first time i met hei,he beat me like a piece of cakes,even he is under 200, i still cant walkin for the kill,those turret hits so heavily.. So what do you think about hei,should he be nerfed or not...and if you want him be nerfed what do you want to nerfed in q,w,e or r?.pls leave comment soon cause now this week we have hei for free and my team now start losing cause hei too op :(
