Guys can you give me some tips about nocturne?where he should go and his runes and masteries?what should i build?just bought it....

Runes and masteries can be the same as Yi, and if you aren't already running AS quintessences, I would work towards that. Go warrior -> BORK -> Titanic -> Dead Man's and Spirit Visage in any order depending on their team comp. Run as a jungler, stick close to lanes that are low or pushed so you can countergank with your ulti.
Late game, dive their back line with your ult once the enemy's major CC is burnt. Clean up from behind once the backline is dead.

I play Nocturne like an assassin ( like Rengar /Shaco) so i use my ad/as/armor runes. 12/18/0 masteries with thunderolds form more burst even though stormraiders surge could work too. Nocturne is a very strong dueler early on, being able to take on almost anyone.

You get a lot of AD and atk speed, movement speed from youmous. Once you locate the AD carry ult them in teamfights wait for them to use their dash/blink if possible and when their allies throw their CC. Ult + bork active + passive proc+ E+ smite = Dead AD carry. A lot of burst, they cannot escape becuase they die too quick. Once you kill your target start cleaning up the rest of the team. Iv'e gotten a penta kill with nocturne like that.
Some AD carries have CC or other defences that they can use to escape, like Tristana ULT, Vayne E, Draven E, Ashe Ult etc. The best way to deal with that is to pop your shield the moment they turn around. 99% of the time they turn around to throw their CC. When you Reach full build , it wont really matter because you can just R,Q,E,W and by the time the shield goes down they will be dead. If they itemize defensively (Randuins , sterraks) you have to make clever use of your W.
What about things i should buy?
I am a noc main. I only play him full ad, attack speed quints, ad ruins mr glyphs, and armor seals. I build Devourer, the Beserker Greaves, then Stattik Shiv, Ravenous Hydra, Infinity Edge, then Blood thirster or essence reaver. I rarely lose with this. If you prefer to tank i cant help you I despise tank nocturne.
Nocturne is pretty versatile in how you can build him. Attack speed is a good stat on him bc of his passive, so AS Quints or Reds are really good. I know some people take scaling CDR blues because of his absurd ult cd, but honestly you'll need scaling MR blues to survive late game.
I think the most common way to build him is to go Devourer, then Maw/Rav Hydra/etc. You become a late game beast, but you will be very weak for a good while. Once you turn on though, you will be difficult to deal with.
Another viable build, if you need early game presence, is to go Warriors -> Youmuus; this gives you very strong dueling power early.
Unless you are VERY ahead and are very confident in your skill, i wouldn't recommend building glass cannon. Nocturne's kit is made to dive the back line after key cd's are burned, or to be a primary initiator, so I recommend building mostly tank after a few key damage items. Example build: + +
