So about Cho'Gath's ult and Sion's W

I love the entire Cho'Gath buff, but the thing is... He does what Sion does faster and better. Now before anyone butthurt over this says that Cho has a stack limit at 255 and Sion can go on forever, you have to take in account that none of these are realistic.

Now what is realistic is Cho having 10+ stacks late game and rocking around with an extra 1k~2k health just sitting there while usually building full AP and ol' boy Sion has to farm all game and maybe throw in two or three HP items in order to get that kind of love.

I just don't think it's fair for Sion's whole infinite HP gimmick to be stolen so quickly by our lovable void spider-monster-thing Of course, that's just me being biased because Sion's one of my mains.

Honestly you are comparing 2 completely different champions with a pretty different mechanic, sions passive rewards you for playing passively and farming up to gain extra health, cho's passive is feast or famine, if he get's ahead he will get far more stacks than if he is behind. Not to mention in general sion is just a much better champion. I can't see cho getting more than 10 stacks in most games above gold personally, but I haven't even seen him since the changes either.
