How can I record my LoL games?

Anybody know a good way to do this? I've heard of LSI, but what is it? and is there anything else? Specifically, I want to use clips in a montage

I use plays.tv They store your videos in a file so if you don't want to use their program to edit for fun little clips, you can take them out.
