First, turn off your caps. Second, i can tell you some things since in season 3 i was endlessly stuck in silver I. You may say or think that it's not the same as bronze, trust me, it is. However, there is no guide or anything for getting out of this hell. You need to play, play, play. You need to grit your teeth and endure that shitstorm of unskilled people, ragers, flamers, and other disgusting people. I can't honestly say i'm in a good place, i'm plat V 0 LP but i know that i can improve and move forward. You need to grow a backbone, be positive, and try to calm down toxic people instead of joining them. I learned this on the hard way, but nowadays i'm a less toxic guy who doesn't flip his shit whenever their teammates make a mistake.
Try not to rage so much. I understand your frustration, it's a large part of why I've decided not to bother with ranked play. From the way you're talking here it certainly seems like you might be acting similarly in matches and that definitely won't help you.
Sucks to say, but in all reality getting out of Bronze, and to an extent Silver, is more about luck and grinding than actual skill. It doesn't matter how good you may be if you have 4 inane teammates coughing up 300 gold every minute of the game. Just keep plugging away, and try to avoid the urges to hit caps lock along the way.
Play a character who can roam and win other lanes after yours.
Or play a support who can win the lane on his own (Soraka pre- 4.21 nerfs was such a champ), or maybe Blitz / Thresh who can catch mispositioned enemies making any further fight 5v4.

Ok hate me all you want but if you are in bronze you deserve to be bronze because you are just horrible at the game and thats it. Now to get out of bronze get better at the game doesnt matter if you are support you can still carry yourself out dont listen to people telling you not to rage, I got a friend in d5 that rages more than an angry dog. Let me ask you something you think silver will be better? Because its not much better trolls are in every rank. Im in gold i dont think i deserve higher because i cant carry myself out. Now that you loose some games because of trolls that is acceptable but that "I CANT MOVE ON WITH INDIVIDUAL PLAY" that is major bs because how come dyrus can get out of bronze like a breeze on individual skills. Just an advice also play good champs that can roam like tf or champs that completely stomp lane like Jarvan top he is a monster.

I'm pretty sure everyone thinks i'm the worst player who gets on boards. BUT. I managed to go from like Bronze 5 to silver 5 in less than 70 games.
Just play a bunch and try hard even when you're losing. Be really fucking stubborn about letting the enemy win.

At first I thought you were a troll so I played along. However based on your response and after doing a little research I found out you're truly genuine.
It says here you're Bronze 3. First let me say that I started playing this game at Bronze 5 and last season I could've grinded to Platinum if I didn't wait until last minute to play Ranked.
It seems that your main problem is lack of experience. I'm not going to be mean to you and call you a retard and explain to you why you're wrong, because you wouldn't understand. Instead I'm going to try and help you. I remember how difficult bronze was and to this day I still say that you're not "good" if you didn't carry yourself out of that hell hole.
My first advice is to start watching live streams of LoL being played at a professional and competitive level. This will help provide insight on how the game is played at the highest level. Go to twitch.tv and find a streamer you're comfortable watching and plays your favorite role.
Watch YouTube videos that include advanced tips like how to last hit more efficiently, vision control, etc. it seems like you prefer top lane, which is one of the most difficult lanes.
You're in Bronze because you haven't mastered the basic mechanics of the game like last hitting, warding, zoning, etc. Don't be hard headed and say "man I know all of that". Take your time. Play a custom game. Look up pro player masteries and rune pages. Watch live commentaries to better understand what's going on in a match.
Don't focus so much on killing your opponent, but on dying the least on your team. I guarantee that if you never die and take risks, you'll at least make it to Silver.
Finally, master a champion that's mechanically intensive and easy to use at the same time like Draven, or Teemo. Make sure you use smart casting and practice attack move for ranged champions (shift+right click).
