I lost 32 lp for this?

2 afks during the game, no indication they were trolling or leaving, but even before that I was timed out and couldn't get past like 23% in the load screen even after restarting the client and everything. The afk issue and the loss of lp is obvious, but the connection issues have been bad all day in multiple games. I was in promos.. rito please
