Champion capsules are so underwhelming

I understand champion skin shards can be useful if you don't have all champs but for veterans / players who already own all the champions its just a kick in the balls. I've just hit level 80 and I received 2 cheap champion shards. Honestly I cannot find a good use for BE then buying the new champ whenever they come out or changing my username 4/5 times a month. There is just no incentive to play when I'd be making more progress and earning more skin shards if I made a new account vs being rewarded for having a high level account. Opinions?

Mastery Tokens and free Chromas every 6 months. Save champ shards for champs you play a lot and/or have M5+ on, DE the rest so that when you get Mastery 6 or 7 tokens, you can upgrade for free if youve saved up the shards, or drop the BE on it if luck has been a cruel mistress. The BE you have after unlocking every champ, from disenchanting every useless shard can go to buying a TON of good chromas, now that Riot makes them for every single new skin and most skins that sell well or they want to sell more of.

Take this from someone who has spent a large amount of real money on this game, and as someone who does in fact, own every champion.
