Has anyone else noticed the flaw with Boss Battle Blitzcrank?

So today, i got the new Boss Battle Blitzcrank Skin, and was looking at all the skills and stuff in game and noticed that his Q projectile is coming out off his center and not his right side. If you don't know what i mean, load up a custom game using both the normal and boss battle skin. I was wondering if this was intentional, or if it is just a visual error and it still fires from the right side but just looks like it is coming out off the center. Or if the right side thing is complete BS, please tell me. If it is unintentional, riot should probably fix that...
