Why is this damn game so frustrating at times

I've been doing all I can and practicing my ass off to get better and still I get stuck with teams who don't wanna work together and would rather bitch each other out and I feel like my skill level has barely went up at all >.< I need advice mates

Best thing I find is just being the positive one in the group, especially in ranked games...kinda helps to bring people to work together
