need some tips on leblanc

I just started playing Leblanc so idk much about her. I was wondering if it would be more efficient to rush deathcap then buy cdr items? any other tips are appreciated

For item order it should be something like this (at least this is how I build on leblanc mostly): Rush item 3165 > in between 2nd item item 3020 + item 3285 > Then rush item 3135 if team gets loads of MR or rush item 3157 if there is a lot of cc/focus threats on the enemy team > Finally item 3089 + item 2139 for late game. I sometimes tend to get item 3116 for more health or sustain (also helps you land your E skillshot easier because of the slow) but I dont really recommend it. You can replace item 3285 with item 3001 and build it early before item 3165 , if you really need the MR.

CDR is great on leblanc, as you should have on your runes. You can also have 45% CDR by putting 5 points into "Intelligence" in the cunning mastery page.

no, do not get Rylais. It is not a good item on her. She wants good early powerspikes, and Ludens Echo is - compared to other items that are possible - not good, although it adds a good amount of burst and damage. The standard itembuild is

item 3165 item 3001 item 3089 item 3135 item 3157 item 3020

against a team that has both ap&ad. You want to get that 40% cdr (or even 45% if you can manage it), you need the Damage from rabadons and you need the mr pen of Void Staff.
