Feels like Viktor has lost his dominance after all the nerfs.

*He has between 47-48 % winrate at a moment. Play rate around 6%. and average KDA of around 7/6/7. *

*He got a nerf on his E (Death Ray) where damage on a first and second laser was lowered. Price on his passive has been increased, making it a lot harder to obtain. Also meaning, even though his potential comes late game, now his true potential comes even later. (1000 to 1250)

*Nerf on his R (Chaos Storm) came on his damage per tick. After that, the speed of moving his Chaos Storm was also lowered, meaning that you can use only his first tick damage. Even with Rylis it still won't catch up to the enemy. *

As a midlaner this was very tragic to witness. He is so very weak now and those that are starting with Viktor won't get used to him, while the Viktor mains will have and already have a struggle. He up until lately received so many nerfs, just patch after patch that it started to feel ridiculous. His clearing is a lot weaker now, making it really hard to obtain the "Glorious evolution". Any thoughts?

The mini-change he received during the mymu changed his play pattern; the ult changes are bearable, but the delay added to his laser was a very bad idea. We mains will play him regardless, no matter what happens, still. But every time he gets into the spotlight, he gets only nerfs. Maybe it's better for him to be left alone for a while, better to stay in one state, than get nerfed into a state worse than that.

hes still not bad. however i'd rather play xerath or ziggs. more range and do just as much damag.e

ps. i never liked to play viktor at all after his E changes. his E. used to feel so powerful. now his power is in his q and r. sure his E still powerful. but not like before. it used to be his bread and butter. also it didn't feel clunky.

I build pure mana (including seraph's + muramana) and max q, now. E for me is mid-game wave clear. :P
