Hextech crafting

Sorry, i didn't know under which board to put it in. But as someone who has all the champions, is it possible to change that so people like me don't get champions in their hextech? I rarely get a key, and when i do i get a champion everytime. To me its a little unfair, but its just an opinion. I mean its one thing to not have all the champions and get a champion in hextech you already have. But it isn't cool to get a champion every time when you got them all.
